I’m a photographer based in North Idaho who is drawn to the quiet, meaningful moments that make up life. The ones that pass quickly in the middle of ordinary days. The laughter, the stillness, the way a child reaches for your hand without thinking.
Those are the moments that become priceless with time.
My work centers on connection and legacy. Not just how things looked, but how they felt. The seasons we live through that we know, even as they happen, we will someday wish we could hold onto a little longer.
How it All Began
Photography became deeply personal to me in 2019.
After losing my first husband, Josh, I realized how incredibly valuable the photographs we had of him were. Those images became anchors for our memories and reminders of moments we shared.
What began as a way to preserve memories for my own family slowly grew into something more. Friends began asking me to photograph their families, their milestones, and their celebrations. I saw how meaningful it was to give people photographs that would one day matter deeply.
That experience shaped the way I approach every session today.
My Approach
I don’t believe meaningful photographs come from stiff poses or forced smiles.
Instead, I guide sessions with natural movement and simple prompts that allow people to interact with each other the way they normally would. Sometimes that means laughter. Sometimes it means quiet moments. Sometimes it means the beautiful chaos of a family simply being themselves.
My goal is not perfection. It is honesty.
The portraits you frame matter, but so do the in-between moments. The belly laughs. The way someone looks at the people they love. The fleeting seasons that change faster than we expect.

Life These Days
Today I’m a wife to Garret and still a mom to three incredible kids who remind me daily how quickly time moves.
Our life is full of sports practices, muddy shoes by the door, late-night conversations or games, and the everyday moments that somehow become the most meaningful memories.
It’s this perspective that shapes the way I photograph families and couples. I know firsthand how quickly seasons change, and I approach each session with the intention of preserving them honestly.
